DR. JOAN McGILLICUDDY, Ph.D., L.P.C.,
is a
Licensed Professional Counselor who in 1982
co-founded and is a Co-Director / Clinical Director
of Helping Associates, Inc. (HAI). HAI promotes
mental and physical Health through
Education, Learning, and
Planning (HELP).
Joan holds a Doctoral Degree in Human Services with
a specialization in Counseling Psychology, and
co-supervises a clinical staff that serves hundreds
of individuals throughout Central Arizona.
In 2002 Dr. McGillicuddy co-founded and is a
Co-Director of the Institute for Creative
Solutions, LLC located in Casa Grande, AZ. She
brings over 30 years of experience to the Institute
as a psychotherapist, seminar instructor, manager
and CEO.
Dr. McGillicuddy is listed in several issues of
Who's Who in American Women and
Who's Who in the World; and is a dynamic,
energetic and humorous presenter.
Both doctors specialize in relaxation training,
dynamic meditation, synergistic team building,
leadership training, cognitive therapy, and helping
people realize their full potential.
Drs. Estrada and McGillicuddy are two of the very
few instructors worldwide, who are certified to
teach all four of the Silva Seminars (the Silva
Life Systems Training, the Silva UltraMind ESP
System, the Silva Method Graduate Serminar and The
Silva Method Ultra Seminar).
The two trained extensively with Dr. Silva from
1982 until his passing in 1999. They completed the
Lecturer's Training with him, as well as the Basic
Seminar, the Ultra, the Healer Certification
Seminar, and the 10-Day Ultimate Seminar, in which
Dr. Silva shared years of research and
experience.

DR. ANTONIO ESTRADA, Ph.D.,
holds a Doctoral Degree in Human Services with
a specialization in Counseling Psychology. He is a
a Co-Founder and Co-Director of Helping Associates,
Inc. (HAI). Returning from combat service in
Vietnam as a young man, Antonio was inspired to
pursue a career in human services, psychotherapy,
management and human potential.
In 2002 Dr. Estrada co-founded and is a Co-Director
of the Institute for Creative Solutions, LLC.
Antonio specializes in relaxation training,
professional self-empowerment coaching and helping
people realize their full potential.
In addition to being Co-Founder / Co-Director and
therapist at Helping Associates, Inc. for 25 years,
Dr. Estrada was the Director of Veterans'
Re-Adjustment Program at Central Arizona College,
Director of Upward Bound at Northern Arizona
University and was employed as a Psychotherapist in
an adult residential treatment program.
These two doctors have trained extensively with Dr.
Jose Silva, founder of Silva Mind Development, with
the Harvard Medical School, The Menninger
Foundation, and The Institute for Rational
Living.
Dr. Estrada and Dr. McGillicuddy have been
presenting the Silva Method of Focused Thinking,
since 1986 and have been named "Outstanding
American Lecturers" numerous times by Silva Mind
International. Joan and Antonio deeply impact
participants with their enthusiasm, expertise and
experience.
The
